Our Services

our team of experienced clinicians work with individuals and families across all stages of life.

Our clinicians will help you to identify the areas you want to address, then work with you by utilising evidence-based therapy modalities to achieve personal growth in these areas. Face-to-face, phone or VCT options for delivery of sessions are available. Our session rates vary based on the skills, knowledge and qualifications of clinicians up to $250 per session.

Areas we commonly help clients with include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioural issues, Foetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder (FASD), Revenue NSW Work Development Order (WDO) supervision, personality and identity concerns, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), grief and loss, changes in life, addictions, body image concerns, sleep issues, attention problems, relationship breakdowns, and educational challenges.

Our team are also equipped to undertake psychological assessments for cognitive and learning problems. Our assessments rates for complex ASD and FASD assessments are in the range of $750 to $850.

We are trained and experienced in conducting psychological rick profiling for business and government. We also specialise in elite performance support.

Our business is a registered NDIS Provider and we have been working in this capacity since 2013.

All our clinicians are Medicare Providers, and where appropriate we encourage you to visit your GP, paediatrician, psychiatrist or you can self-refer. We have clinicians who are qualified to take referrals under the NDIS, Workers Compensation, Victim Services and ADF, and Department of Veteran Affairs.

We now provide NeurOptimal® which is a unique, non-directive neurofeedback approach developed by the Zengar Institute (Canada). Rather than training the brain toward a predetermined outcome, NeurOptimal® provides real-time feedback to your brain about its own activity. This gentle input may help your brain recognise and shift out of inefficient patterns, supporting greater mental flexibility and balance.

What Clients Often Report

While outcomes vary, clients have typically described:

  • Reduced overwhelm and emotional reactivity

  • Increased mental clarity and focus

  • Greater calm, confidence, and adaptability

  • Improved ability to manage stress

NeurOptimal® does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions. It is a wellness tool designed to support the brain’s own capacity for self-regulation.

What to Expect
